What is acreage and property debris removal?

Acreage and property debris removal is the clearing of accumulated junk, scrap, old equipment, and debris from rural land and larger properties. Rural properties accumulate junk differently than suburban homes. Old equipment breaks down and sits. Scrap metal piles up. Fencing materials get replaced and left. Decades of accumulated debris spread across land that most junk removal operators cannot access. Rob's Junk runs a 2026 Chevy Colorado ZR2 with four-wheel drive and full off-road capability. We access unpaved roads, muddy easements, and back-of-property locations that standard box trucks and dump trucks cannot reach. If you have been told no by other operators because of access, call us.

Who is this service for?

Acreage property owners

You own land in Brazoria County and debris has accumulated over the years. Old equipment, scrap, and junk pile up on rural land. We clear it out regardless of where on the property it is located.

Ranch and farm owners

Working ranches and farms accumulate broken equipment, fencing materials, and scrap. We clear what is no longer useful so your property stays functional and clean.

Rural homeowners

You live outside the city limits on a larger lot or acreage property. Standard junk removal trucks cannot get to where your junk actually is. We can.

Land investors and developers

You are preparing land for development or sale and need accumulated debris cleared before the property can be properly assessed or listed.

What we remove from rural properties

We remove the majority of debris found on rural acreage including old and broken equipment, scrap metal, fencing materials and posts, brush piles and yard debris, broken-down vehicles and trailers when accessible, old lumber and building materials, and general accumulated junk spread across property.

We do not remove hazardous chemicals, motor oil, fuel containers, propane tanks, asbestos-containing materials, or medical waste. Not sure if your item qualifies? Call or text (832) 743-6641 and we will tell you straight.

03

We clear it out

You approve the price, we get to work. Multiple trips if needed, all quoted upfront. Payment collected before work begins.

Acreage debris removal pricing
