How we price jobs
Junk removal pricing depends on volume, weight, access, and how long the job takes. Anyone quoting a price over the phone without seeing the job is guessing.
Our quote process
You reach out
Call, text, or fill out the form. Describe what you have and where you are located. We will get back to you same day.
We come assess
We show up, walk the job, and give you a firm price on the spot. Free, no obligation. You decide whether to book.
You approve, we work
Once you confirm the price we get to work immediately or schedule for a time that works. Price confirmed before we roll.
What jobs typically cost
Every job is quoted individually but here is a general range so you know what to expect:
Final price depends on volume, weight, access, and number of trips. You will know the exact number before any work begins.
What drives the final number
Volume and weight
The more junk, the higher the cost. Renovation debris and scrap metal are heavy. General household items are lighter. We account for both.
Access
A garage with driveway access is faster than debris spread across 5 acres. Travel time and access difficulty factor into the quote.
Number of trips
Some jobs require multiple loads. Multi-trip jobs are quoted upfront so there are no surprises when the second trip comes around.
Disposal fees
Every load costs money to dump. That cost is built into your quote. Nothing gets added at the end.
No hidden fees
The quote we give you on site is what you pay. We do not add fuel surcharges, environmental fees, or disposal markups after the fact.
Payment
We accept cash and all major credit cards. Service fee is collected when work begins.
